For EEC Countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
VAT is chargeable on all our Sales Invoices unless the buyer can provide a valid EU VAT number in which case the Invoice will exclude VAT. Due to the EEC arrangements no customs control is exerted on shipments and goods are not subject to duties. Typically transit times from despatch to arrival would be 3-5 working days.
For Non-EEC Countries: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.
VAT is not chargeable on Sales Invoices for goods sent to these countries, however on entry into these countries VAT/Sales Tax and Duties are charged against the Customer and must be paid to facilitate release from customs for onward delivery to the Customer.
The courier will contact the buyer to advice of the duties and taxes payable and enable payment to be made. In certain situations the buyer can request the seller to provide delivery with duties and taxes paid, but this is only available as a special request. Typically transit times form despatch will be 3-7 working days, depending on satisfactory customs disposition.
Documentation Requirements for Export of Goods: The Seller must provide a full description of the goods, including value, quantity and weight. Copies of Export invoice, Packing List and Technical details of the goods.
The Customer must provide the correct address and contact details together with full contact telephone number. These details will enable he courier to ensure swift transit of the parts to you.
Customer Support: Upon despatch of the goods, we will email you a Tracking Number which enables you to track your package progress to you, it will give you an estimated delivery date and update you on your package status, on the rare occasion where Customs have questions Engine Fix UK and the courier will liaise to resolve these issues to fast transit the parts to you wherever possible.
